I've been taking tonic several times a week (4-5 times pw) for the last 28 months, and I feel much better for it.
On the odd occasion that I've felt a cold or something else trying to get me and I've had the chills i reach for lemon & honey to ward it off. Elderberry & blackcurrant is lovely warm or in sparking water. I do like orange but my favourite is raspberry & lemon.
