We may offer refunds on unopened products, or, if there is clear and obvious evidence that the product you have purchased does not match the advertised product. In the event you wish to lodge a complaint and apply for a refund, you must first contact hello@tonichealth.us with details of purchase(s), receipt(s) of purchase(s), and reasonable evidence of the issue. The decision of the refund shall be determined by Tonic Nutrition LLC only.
Your right to cancel does not affect your rights as a consumer in relation to any defective or incorrect Products you may receive. If you receive a defective Product or incorrect Product, please contact us immediately at hello@tonichealth.us with your order number and a description of the problem.
